Terms and Conditions
- All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking except Friday 17th and Saturday 18th December when deposits will be taken at £10 per ticket (non-refundable or transferable). All monies owing must be paid in full by Tuesday 30th November 2010, otherwise tickets may be released for further sale without prior warning.
- All tickets are non-refundable or transferable
- Table plans will be done for each event. Tables seat up to 12 guests and therefore parties of 10 or less maybe seated with other guests.
- The Country Park Inn cannot guarantee seasting availability for extra guests at a later date as tickets are issued on a first come first serve basis and will not be held.
- All menus are correct at the time of going to print. Due to supply, alternatives may be offered proir to the event
- Vegetarian and specific dietry requirements must be pre ordered with an Event Manager. If not availability on the evening cannot be guaranteed
- All events, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day are strictly for over 18's only
- Dress Code must be adhered to
- 'Rights of Admission' are reserved by the managment of The Country Park Inn.
- All events are strictly ticket holders only
- Multiple cheques will not be accepted

Whilst we try to support all local bands and groups we book all of our acts through a reputable selection of agencies. We are happy to consider using bands for events but we would ask that you are happy to sell and market the evening yourselves with no cost to us. To discuss this in more detail please direct all enquiries to ian@countryparkinn.co.uk All marketing and promotional material should be emailed across and we will look at this. We will contact you if there is any interest in your product.
